Qualifications RAY BOWER APPRAISAL SERVICES INC. is one of the most experienced real estate and consulting firms in Canada, having been involved in the real estate industry for over 45 years. Ray Bower has extensive experience as an accredited appraiser with the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He has prepared reports on residential, multi-residential, commercial, agricultural, institutional and industrial properties; as well as vacant lands, air rights, water lots, partial takings, etc. Assignments have been completed for due diligence, mortgage purposes, litigation, expropriations, tax purposes, proposed developments, highest & best use studies, etc. His current focus is on both litigation and appraisal review work.
