Qualifications
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Windsor in June of 1994, Christine Fay began her career as a Real Estate Appraiser, specializing in residential appraisals. Christine received her Canadian Residential Appraiser accreditation in December, 1998. In 2006, Christine became a licensed real estate salesperson, and went on to become a Broker of Record in 2009. In May, 2012, Christine received her Accredited Appraiser Appraisal Institute (AACI) designation, broadening her appraisal experience to commercial, institutional and industrial real estate valuation.
Christine has acquired a wealth of knowledge in the appraisal field, with a vast body of experience in the valuation of residential, multi-residential, commercial, industrial and institutional properties. Since 1994, Christine has conducted specialized assignments for expropriation, taxation, insurance, litigation, mortgage purposes, highest and best use studies, transfers, etc.
